I researched and visited with many builders. This project was overwhelming and a bit scary. Tanner and Who-Can Construction won our business and did NOT disappoint. My husband was working out of state and I asked Tanner to build our house on a cliff at our Chalk Mountain, Somervell County Ranch and make me look like a rockstar. He did exactly that! He and his team and subcontractors exceeded our expectations throughout the whole process. Tanner guided our every step. He has a great eye for design and checks every detail. Who-Can has been there for us even after the build for minor adjustments. Who-Can Construction blessed us. Our house is fabulous! Tanner, Lath and Bryce made the process enjoyable! Would absolutely build with them again!

Who Can construction is a phenomenal company. The owner came out and gave me a perfect piece of mind on our new home construction project. My wife and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out. Everyone that worked for Tanner that came out was nothing but professional. I would refer this company to anyone who wants to do business with a honest company.
